LinkedIn Connections Greetings from People Media Factory We are hiring for Travel Manager Exp: 3 to 6 years Notice period: Immediate or 1month Location: Hyderabad (WFO) Mode of Hiring: Permanent Shift: Night Shift (Sun-Sat )6working days (Providing Night shift Allowance ) Job Summary: A Travel Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel while adhering to company policies and travel regulations. Key Responsibilities: Travel Planning: Collaborate with resources to understand their travel needs and preferences. Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and other travel-related services. Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors, such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agencies. Travel Budgeting: Prepare and manage travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective travel solutions. Monitor and report on travel expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Policy Compliance: Ensure that all travel arrangements adhere to company travel policies, including expense limits and booking procedures. Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance. Booking and Reservations: Make flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel reservations. Negotiate contracts and rates with travel vendors to secure cost-effective options. Confirm and manage bookings, including changes and cancellations. Travel Documentation: Assist travelers in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports. Ensure that all travelers have the required travel insurance. Travel Itinerary: Create detailed travel itineraries for each trip, including schedules, directions, and contact information. Provide travelers with essential information and emergency contact numbers. Travel Assistance: Offer 24/7 support to travelers in case of emergencies, flight delays, or other disruptions. Resolve travel-related issues and concerns promptly. Expense Management: Process and reconcile travel expenses, including reimbursement requests. Maintain accurate records of all travel-related expenses. Travel Reporting: Generate travel reports, analyze data, and provide insights on travel patterns and expenses. Present travel reports to management for review and decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred). 4 to 5 years of proven experience in travel management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in travel booking and expense management software/tools. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing travel circumstances. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
