We are currently hiring for a passionate individual in our Talent Acquisition -Human Resource team for corporate office at Andheri East. Job Profile : Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs. Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest, technical expertise and salary requirements. Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications. Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Experience: 1-3 years' experience in core Pharma recruitment only.
