Job description
Daily Operations
o Review and analyze all lTPs, QCP, Method Statement, Material Approval in order to prepare the inspection plan,
including a checklist of inspection points.
. Carry out inspections during the welding activities in order to ensure compliance of works, specifications,
quality, and other applicable standards.
o Schedule, coordinate and monitor the calibration of all measuring devices, instrument, equipment and system in
order to ensure standards are met.
a Assist in the handling of non-conformities in order to support in their resolution following an inspection.
Safety & Quality
o lmplement safety & QMS Procedures in order to ensure that the welding activities are in compliance with
company standards and completion.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
o Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant
procedural/ legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous lmprovement
r Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems,
processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction
Reporting
o Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Zamil Offshore and departmental
requirements, policies and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
o CSWIP, BGAS, NFPA, ASME, APl, IEC & ISO-9001-2015
Minimum Experience:
r More than 10 years of relevant oil and gas experience
. Minimum 8 years in offshore projects
. Experience in related field considered an asset
Job-Specific Skills:
o Knowledge in ISO and other international quality standards.
o Capable to do Quality Auditing.
. Strong interpersonal skills.
. Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.
o Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
