About The Role AdsCult is seeking a talented and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our dedicated team. We are a web development & SEO agency in Mumbai started in 2020. Our team offers professional web development and SEO services to multiple B2B & B2C businesses and helps them grow online. As a Client Servicing Manager at AdsCult, you must be instrumental in communicating with the client, ensure prompt communication and a smooth flow of operations.
Position Details Work from Office Full-time, 9 hours a day Roles Establish and maintain enduring connections with clients. Address client queries and maintain regular communication. Understand client requirements and work around the situation Plan meetings and calls and meet with the clients whenever required. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, share insights, and coordinate project activities. Generate and deliver comprehensive monthly/ weekly client reports outlining project milestones, achievements, and upcoming goals. Provide end-of-week updates to the clients, summarizing accomplishments and addressing any challenges. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and exchange of information. Requirements Must have fluent and confident verbal communication. Previous 6 months to 2 years experience in client success or account management in a digital marketing agency. Familiarity with SEO concepts. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure. Handle unexpected challenges with a composed and solution-oriented approach. Foster a calm and focused work environment for the team. Adhere to common industry practices and standards. Experience in managing teams and coordinating with departments. An essential requirement for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
