The Website Design and Creative Specialist serves as the creative expert for Enspire for Enterprise. The primary role is the strategy, UX, and design of high-value custom client websites on WordPress and proprietary platforms. This includes understanding our client s brand and website objectives to create a visually appealing website that also functions well for SEO best practices. In addition, the Website Design and Creative Specialist will create creative ads for clients advertising.

The secondary objective of this role will be applying his or her skills and knowledge in the development, execution, and delivery of outstanding creative content for a variety of audiences and media. He or she will lead the development, promotion, and protection of the Enspire for Enterprise brand. This creative will provide creative direction and quality control for digital, website, social media, photo, print, and video strategy and assets.

The ideal candidate is not only a strong website designer and creative thought leader, but he or she will also lead and participate in a collaborative creative process partnering with multiple teams (i.e., Project Managers, Developers, Sales Directors, and more), as well as manage a high volume of work while navigating shifting priorities of various partners. The designer must bring a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, strong planning, project, and resource management skills, and a flexible, solutions-oriented approach to ensure consistently superior work. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, the candidate craves keeping up with design trends and jumping into learning new processes and skills as needed.

What Experience You Bring:

Expert at design systems, color theory, website storyboards, UX, knowledge of how to manage and operate a webflow CMS

Experience in large website creation, understanding best practices of usability and website conversion (UX/UI) in website programs, including WordPress

Expert-level experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

Bachelor s degree in graphic design, digital design, graphic communications, or relevant experience

5 years experience shown with a portfolio in graphic arts, web design, digital/interactive design, and project management in a deadline-driven environment

Knowledge of InVision App or equivalent

Must possess excellent time management skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines

Experience managing integrated marketing projects and digital asset and project management systems (Monday.com, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence experience encouraged)

Must be proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented, with the ability to define and execute projects independently

Positive attitude, enthusiastic brand champion, open to constructive feedback both internally and from clients externally, and a team player

Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills regarding both online and offline communication solutions (branding, messaging, marketing, design, typography, photography, animation, video, audio, and programming)

Possess sound judgment and a good understanding of visual storytelling; Requires superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)

Experience working with external vendors and ability to match the appropriate skills to projects, including photography and design

Responsibilities:

Leads senior-level client creative discussions on the creative strategy, design, layout, and functionality of their new website

Completes the creative brief and helps clients make creative decisions to drive a design of a website that represents their brand but also functions for conversion.

Develops website site maps and mock-ups for multi-location customers, running tests for layouts and features.

Owns entire end-to-end website design process, including working with new and potential clients as well as modifying existing client websites in WordPress and our proprietary website platform

Creates rough sketches, wireframe layouts, and high-fidelity mockups that visualize concepts and provide an accurate, graphical user interface representation

Maintains brand consistency throughout all projects

Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, competitive and complementary products, and experiences

Produces graphics for trade shows, from tabletop signage to booth graphics to highlight our brand and encourage conversion

Provides creative direction for Enspire-wide projects. Conceptualizes and produces the production of a wide range of projects (print and digital)

Serves as a brand strategist to maintain brand guidelines and design best practices; Ensures guidelines and usage are in line with policy and legal compliance

Successful cross-team collaboration toward mutual goals (website development, advertising fulfillment, copywriting)

Develops firm grasp of prospect and customer audience; Leverages brand research and audience insights to identify, develop, strengthen, and evolve creative assets across platforms

Owns the visual message for customer-facing PowerPoint presentations, including RFPs

Possess great attention to detail and offer quality control reviews for design work

Possesses strong organizational skills; able to oversee the effective execution of numerous projects

Collaborates with individuals from different creative disciplines and team members of all levels
