Experience :- Fresher / 0.6 Months to 5 years into recruitment

Qualification : BE / BTech / MSW / MHRM / MCOM(HR)/ MHRM/ MBA / MSC / MCA

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Hiring managers and understand the clients requirement.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, on Newsgroups and job boards.
  • Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, Screening, Interviewing) and Utilize best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool.
  • Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the candidates & assess their skills as per clients need in terms of candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience & communication skills.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Keep your candidate in loop and take follow-up for interview coordination to till joining.
  • Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database
  • To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.

  • Confident with Excellent in communication, oral & written communication.
  • Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Should be Multitasking - Juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
