Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher.
  • Completed a Teacher Training Course or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Passionate about working with young children and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport with children and parents.
  • Knowledge of Montessori, Kindergarten, or ECCED curriculum is a plus.
  • TTc certification is highly desirable.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's cognitive, physical, and social development.
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive and engaging curriculum.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of all students in the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
