Roles and Responsibilities
Employee Attendance
Booking meeting rooms,
Helping with Printing/ Shredding
Issuance of Access Cards & Parking Stickers to employees
Help validate invocies - Track all additional spends
Work with WeWork team for ensuring timely support and track all agreed points are adhearing the landlord
MIS reports
Any other adhoc admin/ facilities support
Coordinate on the events or any other tasks pertaning to the business requirements

Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication and inter - personal skills
Good self-start and reporting skills
Good MS Office skills
Collaborative in attitude
