Key Applicant Requirements
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or IT related such as Computer Science, MIS, BCA, BSC, MCA, B Tech.
Excellent work ethic.
Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly.
Team leading/Mentoring experience.
2+ years of professional experience in IT industry.
2 Years + experience in writing/providing Technical Solution (TDN/HLD)
Experience in Installing, configuring, testing, supporting clients on PRIME suite of products
C, Pro * C, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux
Informix SPL programming
Knowledge of Lotus Notes, JIRA, Tortoise SVN, MS Office products.
Development experience in large enterprise based systems
Specification writing: must be able to convert complex business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications
Excellent understanding of ISO 8583 message format
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (may carry a company mobile).
Responsibilities
Working independently, may supervise limited number of team members, providing direction, training and mentoring.
Responsible for Key activities like:
Proposing High Level Design solution
Writing and Reviewing TDN for PRIME40/30/20 systems.
Writing complex code and Code review for TSYS PRIME Online system to ensure coding standards and PCI/PA DSS are followed
Leading PRIME ONLINE Compliance SME Work Function.
Providing support and to mentor Online Compliance resources.
Understand and adhere to department practices, procedures, and methodologies. Maintain an extensive knowledge of the industry, transaction processing, and/or financial services businesses. Perform detailed and complex analysis, issue resolution, developmental requests, and change controls to select system components, while maintaining a high level of system data integrity, focusing to ensure overall success.
Keep current on system and module enhancements. Serve as authority on Scheme functionalities and features.
Seek opportunities to stay current and expand technical expertise.
Continue to develop and maintain positive working relationships with various areas and stakeholders within TSYS organization.
May train new team members on system module(s).
Performs other duties as required by PRIME Compliance or PRIME Division.
