Role Summary: As the Talent Management Lead at Yulu, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and manage holistic talent management and learning and development programs within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify talent requirements, develop strategic initiatives, and craft effective learning programs aimed at elevating employee skills and performance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: · Develop and drive a comprehensive strategy and framework for talent management, talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and conduct learning programs and assessment to identify skill gaps and training needs for both corporate and blue-collar workforce. · Initiate, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with business leaders to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their relative priority on matters related to talent management. · Develop and manage a talent management and training calendar for both white-collar and blue-collar employees at Yulu. This involves strategically planning, executing, and driving employee participation and engagement in various talent management and training initiatives. · Experience in the areas of employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development. · Curate and drive Employee Engagement programs for the organization aiming at high employee engagement. · Design and develop training programs aligned with business goals and provide training to emerging leaders. · Effective management of LMS and implement leadership development programs. Key Requirements: · MBA from a reputed institute with 8-12 years of experience in talent management and leadership development in a complex, forward thinking and diverse environment. · Experience in a high growth organization or a start-up would be preferred. · Exposure to blue collar learning & development will be considered as valuable advantage. · Ability to build rapport with employees and other stakeholders across the organization. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
