As we grow our product offerings, we are seeking a driven and creative Product Marketing Manager to help us connect our solutions with the schools and educators who need them most.

Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the go-to-market messaging and channel distribution for our K-12 SaaS offerings. With 2-3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of marketing automation tools as well as a keen eye for UX writing to craft compelling user experiences within our product and through external communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute multi-channel adoption and messaging campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools to engage users effectively. - Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align on product messaging, positioning, and launch strategies. - Create and execute frameworks for BAU tasks and product launches, drive awareness within existing customers and create a self-serve product experience for all customers - Utilize UX writing skills to create intuitive and engaging in-app guided journeys and instructional content, enhancing user experience and product adoption. - Produce impactful and persuasive external communications, including emails, push notifications, SMS, and other outreach materials. - Analyze user interactions, campaign metrics, and market insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize user engagement. - Create educational and promotional content such as blog posts, case studies, video scripts, and webinar presentations. - Stay up-to-date with educational technology trends and competitor strategies to ensure our marketing remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS ( education or otherwise ) sector , excluding B2C ed-tech - Proficient in using marketing automation tools (Moengage, Clevertap,Usetiful etc.) to drive engagement and retention. - Skilled in UX writing with a focus on creating user-friendly content for various touchpoints within the customer journey. - Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in adapting messages for different cultural contexts and educational markets. - Energetic self-starter, with a track record of initiative-taking and project management in a fast paced environment. - Empathy for educators and students, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve educational outcomes.
