Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. This position will be responsible for creating developing and executing strategies that will drive new business opportunities and revenue through Paid Delegation and Award Nomination. The individual must possess excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills be highly organized and have a strong understanding of the corporate event industry.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media

Establish strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders and decisionmakers; maintain

ongoing relationships with these contacts.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Skills and

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 th & above.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Proficiency in English

Good knowledge of MS Office

Handson experience with CRM software is a plus.

Fast learner and passion for sales

Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
