Sr. Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Leverage Ecolibrium's value proposition to drive growth with the CF(Connected Factories) sector for designated account / regions.
- Expand existing account and work on new lead to build robust pipeline delivering annual growth target and maintain growth trajectory.
- Use Ecolibrium's value proposition to lead and develop high-impact sales pitches – this includes solutioning and commercial (risk and financial) presentations.
- Deliver sustainable growth in line with annual targets (all pitches should detail the anticipated annual Gross Margin revenues).
- Contribute to the development of regional and account plans in agreement with sales lead and director.
- Putting best foot forward to achieve company objective through OKR and KPI discipline.
- Consistent feedback on gap between market requirement and existing product.
- Own individual Annual Growth targets. Proficient in working on CRM & Maintain all records like account plan, meeting record, pipeline, deal status etc on CRM. Open to work on additional responsibility apart from job role to contribute towards CF business unit growth.
- Should be open to travel upto 50% in the region assigned.
Skillset & Basic Requirements:
- Proven track record in achieving quarter-over-quarter increases in sustainable funnel growth within the region.
- Successful history of meeting and surpassing target order booking quotas for the assigned region.
- Demonstrated ability to penetrate and establish relationships with new enterprise accounts in the region.
- Proficiency in account management, including farming and scaling up business in existing accounts.
- Skills in hunting for new business opportunities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of sales operations.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Understanding of Energy Management.
- Knowledge of Condition-Based Monitoring solutions for utility assets.
- Awareness of Sustainability & Net Zero carbon concepts.
Educational Background:
- Graduation in Engineering or Management.
Experience:
- 10-14 years of substantial experience in sales/business development, with exposure to working in manufacturing vertical. Good to have knowledge about SaaS, Energy management, Condition based monitoring solutions for utility assets, Sustainability & Net Zero carbon concepts.
