Sales And Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be based in Jamnagar but some remote work is acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating sales opportunities, training and developing sales staff, managing the sales pipeline, creating and executing sales and marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation skills, and closing deals
• Experience in sales management, training, and mentoring
• Strong project management skills including planning, execution, and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
• Experience in industrial engineering, construction, or automotive industries is a plus
• Knowledge of international sales and exporting regulations is a plus
