Overview:
Healthy Chronology seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Mental Health Counselors. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Mental health and well-being of students from 6th to 12th class by delivering engaging training sessions and providing one-on-one counselling as needed. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while gaining valuable experience in the field of mental health counselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging mental health training sessions to students in multiple schools across Rajasthan.
- Provide one-on-one counselling and support to students experiencing mental health concerns, promoting resilience and well-being.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to identify students in need of additional support and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Efficiently managed travel logistics for visiting multiple schools within the city, ensuring timely arrival and departure for scheduled training sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health counselling and educational psychology through ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, student interactions, and counselling sessions in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare timely and comprehensive reports on training outcomes, student progress, and any significant observations or incidents.
- Collaborate with fellow mental health counsellors and school staff to share best practices, resources, and strategies for supporting student well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in counselling or mental health services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students' mental health needs.
- Willingness to travel within the city to visit multiple school sites.
