Position: Clinical Dermatology AssistantLocation: Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India 246701 (with occasional travel to Meerut, Noorpur & Najibabad)Job Type: Full-timeJob Description: As a Clinical Dermatology Assistant, you will be crucial in delivering an extensive range of skincare and aesthetic services to our valued clients.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive skin and hair consultations for clientsAdminister various advanced treatments such as chemical peels, Q-switch laser, derma roller, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), mesotherapy, micro-needling, and radio frequency (MNRF)Customise treatment sessions to cater to the individual needs of each clientProvide offline clinical assessments and offer personalised product and service recommendationsConduct online consultations when requiredAssist in the overall management and operation of the clinicPerform, supervise, and train therapists in laser hair reduction, HydraFacial, chemical peels, non-ablative radio-frequency facelifts, and other advanced treatmentsRequirements:Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience as a clinical assistant or consultant in a cosmetology clinicQualification: BHMS/BAMS/MBBS/BDS/Certified Cosmetologist/Medical Aesthetician Exceptional communication and leadership skillsHands-on experience with hair removal laser, HydraFacial, chemical peels, CO2 Fractional, Q-switch-Nd-Yag, derma roller, HIFU, non-ablative radio-frequency facelift, PRP, and mesotherapy for a minimum of 6 monthsFamiliarity with Alma Soprano, ReSurfx, Excimer-308 Laser, Maximus Pollogen, Apollo Duet, and IPL machines is advantageousBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for professional development and trainingCollaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunities for advancement within the companyHow to Apply: If you are passionate about skincare and aesthetics and meet the requirements for this position, we would love to hear from you!
