As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of web applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the growth and success of our projects.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements.- Design, implement, and maintain features and functionalities.- Write clean and efficient code, ensuring the application's performance and scalability.- Debug and troubleshoot issues, as well as optimize existing code.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.- Work in an agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning and execution.Requirements :- 4+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.- Strong expertise in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.- Version control using Git.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
