Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management. The Director of Business Development will work closely with the team of perfumers, experts in marketing, psychologists, and engineers to design bespoke aroma strategies that align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Contract Negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute business plans that meet or exceed objectives
• Experience in identifying and nurturing prospects through to contract signing
• Ability to manage and grow client accounts to increase revenues
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Experience in the scent marketing industry or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Perfect English or Spanish
