Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Territory Sales Manager (Agriculture) located in Rajasthan. The Territory Sales Manager (Agriculture) will be responsible for managing existing and developing new agricultural accounts. Their duties include overseeing plans to increase sales, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural sales
• Demonstrated knowledge of the agricultural industry and farming practices
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in local language and English is required
• Willingness to travel frequently
