Job description

Need to have experience in:

Display and Video 360 ('DV360')
Campaign Management 360 ('CM360')
SA360 Non Retail Feeds ('SA360 NRF')

Responsibilities:

i. Technical support Services for Customers.
ii. Response, diagnosis, resolution and tracking
chat and email of Customer support queries relating to
any product, in accordance with Google standards.
iii. chat and email support for consulted tickets or
hand-offs from other Google support third party vendors
on a round the clock basis.
iv. Daily, weekly and monthly status, performance,
productivity and quality reports creation/ analysis
