Job description
Responsibilities:Design and develop robotic testing solutions, methodologies, and frameworks to automate testing of robotic systems and devices.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing of robotic hardware and software components.Design and build test fixtures, simulators, and environments to replicate real-world scenarios and conditions for robotic testing.Implement and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and libraries for robotic testing, including sensor-based testing, vision-based testing, and motion control testing.Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate robotic system performance, reliability, and safety.Collaborate with robotics engineers, software developers, and product managers to identify testing requirements and priorities.Document and communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.Stay updated on robotics technologies, trends, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in robotic testing or automation engineering roles.Strong knowledge of robotic hardware and software components, sensors, actuators, and control systems.Experience with robotic simulation tools and environments (e.G., Gazebo, V-REP, ROS).Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics (e.G., Python, C++, MATLAB).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Skills:Robotic Testing: Proficiency in designing and executing test strategies and frameworks for robotic systems.Test Automation: Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts for robotics.Robotics: Understanding of robotic hardware and software components, sensors, and control systems.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve testing goals.Preferred:Certification in robotics or automation engineering, demonstrating specialized knowledge and expertise.
