Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales team, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and analyzing data to develop actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales and business development experience in the real estate industry
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in market research, trend analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and tools
- Experience working in Thane and with high-end residential and commercial clients is a plus
