Job Description:
We are currently hiring Sales / Upselling Executives for our Dish TV and Broadband Process. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and upselling Dish TV and broadband services to existing customers. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Contact existing customers to promote and upsell Dish TV and broadband services
Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions
Persuade customers to upgrade their existing plans or add additional services
Meet or exceed upselling targets and quotas
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
Minimum 10th standard education; 10+2; Graduate (No BE/BTechs/Postgraduates)
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Persuasive attitude and ability to influence customer decisions
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
Willingness to work in rotational UK shifts
