Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, meeting sales targets, creating sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales executives and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and team management
• Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends
• Ability to analyze sales data and create sales reports
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
