Pre and Post Onboarding - Responsible for completing the joining and on-boarding formalities for new joiners. Complete necessary documentation and paperwork (forms, checklists, etc). Update records in the Human Resource Management System (Online HR MS).
Coordination with the Background Verification agency to ensure that the BG Checks are initiated for all new joiners. Follow up on the reports.
Provide support to Offer release and post process .
Maintain employee database in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
Review attendance and leave record in the HR MS. Run reports and provide necessary inputs on the same to the payroll team on leave balance and deductions etc,
Handle employee L1 HR queries on key topics
Have knowledge in PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Statutory Compliances
Assist in the execution of workforce planning goals, HR policies and procedures
Travel desk support - Ticketing , Hotel and logistics arrangements . Manage end to end travel arrangements Pan India cost effective and efficiently .
