We are seeking a Process Associate for the Non-Voice/Backend process, capable of engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, responding to inquiries, and assisting them with their requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Attentively listen to customer concerns, issues, and questions.
Effectively resolve customer concerns and provide the best possible answers to their questions.
Uphold a positive attitude and respond calmly to customer complaints.
Initiate the opening of new customer accounts.
Refer issues and questions to managers when necessary.

Freshers Salary Package: Up to 3.3 LPA (including incentives, allowance, and transportation)
1 Year Experience Salary Package: Up to 3.8 LPA (including incentives, allowance, and transportation)
