Exp Level :- 5+ Years ( L2 & L3 )
Strong Expertise on : : Dell EMC VMAX3, PMAX, VNX, & Netapp & Brocade SAN Switches.
- Monitoring the storage device alerts
- Health check of Devices
- Follow-up with Vendors
- Opening SR's with respective Vendors
- Netapp share drive Creation
- Assign Permissions to the Share drive on Netapp
- Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of ITIL Process
- Monitor SAN switch port alerts and take preventive actions
- Understanding of Storage architectures of PMAX/NETAPP/SAN/PStore
- Basic understanding of host integration with storage.
- LUN Creation on PMAX/Pstore
- LOGS collection from storage and switches
- Update inventory of all storage devices
