Overview
The Performance Marketing role is a critical position within our marketing team, responsible for driving high-quality traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through various digital marketing channels. This position plays a key role in achieving the company's marketing objectives and directly impacts revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive online customer acquisition and retention
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI
- Utilize data analysis to identify optimizations and opportunities for performance improvement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
- Identify and test new channels and tactics to improve overall marketing performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaigns and landing pages for improved conversion rates
- Provide recommendations for website optimization and user experience improvements
- Budget management and allocation across various marketing channels
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and planning
- Drive continuous improvement and testing for marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting insights
- Proficiency in using web analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and strategies
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns and optimizing for maximum ROI
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing initiatives
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords are a plus
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
- Understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising platforms
- Ability to interpret and apply data insights to drive marketing decisions
- Proven track record of driving results through performance marketing initiatives
