Overview

The Performance Marketing role is a critical position within our marketing team, responsible for driving high-quality traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through various digital marketing channels. This position plays a key role in achieving the company's marketing objectives and directly impacts revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive online customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Utilize data analysis to identify optimizations and opportunities for performance improvement
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Identify and test new channels and tactics to improve overall marketing performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
  • Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaigns and landing pages for improved conversion rates
  • Provide recommendations for website optimization and user experience improvements
  • Budget management and allocation across various marketing channels
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and planning
  • Drive continuous improvement and testing for marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting insights
  • Proficiency in using web analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and strategies
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns and optimizing for maximum ROI
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing initiatives
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords are a plus
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising platforms
  • Ability to interpret and apply data insights to drive marketing decisions
  • Proven track record of driving results through performance marketing initiatives
