Job description
Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: 4V7V+MMM, Wing - I & II, Oberoi Garden Estate, Off.Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with different teams including HR, Operations, and Clients to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory
Age criteria: Up to 35 years
Excellent communication skills to fluently converse
6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service
Ability to adapt to rotational shifts (for males) and 9 hours for females between 7 AM to 10 PM
Compensation:
Salary: 23k to 27k in hand
Shifts:
Rotational shifts for males
9 hours shift for females (7 AM to 10 PM)
