Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents or advisors. - Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing training and coaching. - Set and communicate sales targets and goals to the team. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual agents and the team as a whole. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
