Job Overview

Full-Time Production / Maintenance Trainee position in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. The role offers an opportunity to work with Pheonix Polyp Products Pvt Ltd., a leading manufacturer of PVC Pipes & fittings. We are looking for a hardworking and disciplined individual with a good attitude and communication skills to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and maintenance of PVC Pipes & fittings
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities
