Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA engineer to join our IT DCS SWE Product Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end (quote to cash) testing in Siebel CRM, Salesforce, and various custom-built applications.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Perform end-to-end testing for Siebel CRM, Salesforce, and various custom-built applications.
Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects and work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
Participate in application planning meetings and provide input on the software development process.
Requirements
Proven experience as a software tester or similar role.
Experience with Siebel CRM, Salesforce, and various custom-built applications.
Strong experience in quote to cash and sales motion is essential.
Knowledge of quote management, order management, product catalog pricing, billing and invoicing is highly relevant.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
