Interim Global Supply Chain Expert

The company is a 30 year old proft making and fast growing well establish global business group in Consumer goods business.
Now they are venturing into a new business line leveraging extensive sourcing networks in India and China to redefine retail and B2B sales efficiency. The venture is well funded and established with a long term perspective
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Executive with over 20 years of global supply chain management expertise. This temporary leadership role is focused on developing a viable business model for global sourcing and logistics, creating an investor deck to secure funding, and guiding the company towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a business model tailored to global sourcing and logistics.
- Craft an investor deck to attract significant investments.
- Formulate a strategic roadmap for operational excellence and sustainable growth.
- Design a detailed process flow, technology adoption roadmap, and organizational chart.
- Execute a detailed action plan for the next four quarters with key milestones.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in global supply chain management.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to secure investments and drive business expansion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the global logistics landscape and furniture industry.
