Job description
Overall, 10-12 years of experience in IT industry with minimum 3 years of technical project management on cross-functional projects using software development life cycle process
Experience of application delivery in BFSI domain
Must have software delivery/development backgroundusing Agile methodology due to the technical & rapid nature of the deliverables
Hands on Experience in Java and J2EE platforms including Spring, design pattern, Cloud, Microservices Architecture,Angular UI framework, CI-CD etc.
Experience in leading team of 5-10 developers
Experience in enterprise application of BFSI domain
Knowledge of latest technology framework/platform
A real self-starter with the ability to drive and make clear and prompt decisions and solve problems, generating solutions and ultimately getting the job done
Extensive stakeholder management experience up toclient, senior management, inter department, external vendors etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Leadership -Lead and work closely with all members of the team, including business analysts, architects, QA, and development management to ensure all aspects from intake, requirements, design, and testing are fit for purpose and delivered in a timely manner for planning and execution
Train and develop team to ensure that , there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
Planning - Accountable for all project planning activities
Ensuring full engagement of relevant architects to provide solution design and overall architecture alignment
Technology delivery -lead the project delivery as per project plan while guiding team on technical as well as functional aspect and adhere tothe Secure SDLC process
Risk and Issue Management - Ability to proactively manage risk and issues for the work stream in a timely manner and have the confidence to make decisions to mitigate or resolve when required.
Problem solving and decision making - sound judgment atasenior management level using assertiveness and influencing skills to ensure items are discussed and decisions made and agreed in a timely manner
Stakeholder Management Work closely with RBI department leads/ managers to fulfil all requirements
Innovation : Adopt to ReBITs innovation culture by bringing and implementing new ideas
Reporting - Ensure reporting is provided as required on a regular basis against project/product and COE roadmap, plans and any performance KPI's defined for your teams
Communication - Working closely and collaboratively with the Project management office to identify and manage all stakeholders, providing visibility and transparency
Additional Skills and certification
Candidates who have a professional certification in Oracle Java development, Agile would be preferred
Knowledge of latest technology framework/platform
Cross functional collaboration skills
