Job description
- Reporting to the Head of HR Business Services, the TA Operations Lead responsible overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the TA Operations within People Operations
- Serving as Subject Matter expert (SME), being accountable for TA Operations data and metrics, reporting and analytics and maintaining our TA operational processes and procedures
- Ensuring candidates have a quality experience throughout every step of TA Operations
Duties Responsibilities
What you'll do -
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve the TA Operations process. Implement best practices and technology to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-fill positions.
- Equip process mastery in the main core of TA Operations
- Lead the Background Check (BGV) coordination, and medical checks with empaneled vendors.
- Monitoring the case management tool and be the point of contact for escalation related to TA Operations
- Serve as a SME for questions and issues regarding TA Operations related policies and procedure (i.e. Offer letter, LOA/Contracts, Background Verification, Medical Check etc.)
- Manage a TA Operations team and provide training to TA Operations team members on various systems/processes, maintain written training procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a primary focus of meeting or exceeding business expectations, driving TA operational excellence and delivering cost-effective TA Operations solutions.
- Develop, implement, document, and ensure adherence to TA Operations and related HR policies, practices, SOP and procedures.
- Partner closely with adjacent functional partners/HR to develop and manage system and process improvements that align with evolving business needs, deliver results and enable organization to grow.
- Responsible for management of external and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure TA Operations activities are actioned in a timely and consistent manner.
- Monitor the HR system to ensure quality of data and take steps to enhance where possible.
- Manages assignment prioritization, escalations and provides back up support for TA Operations team.
- Contribute to the customer service delivery and people operations strategy with a view to improving performance.
- To undertake any project work relevant to the activities of the People Operation and appropriate to the grade, as requested by the Head of HR Business Services
- Prepare and publish required decks, reports, TA Operations scorecards etc.
- Lead team huddle, monthly TA Operations and business calls
- Other responsibilities as required
The Individual
What you'll definitely need -
- 8+ years relevant working experience in as Operations Lead/Shared Service Lead or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
- Knowledge and experience in technologies, tools and applications, such as Talentlink, ATS, Adobe E-sign, Neocase etc
- Thorough knowledge of concepts and practices within the TA Operations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem solving skills with high levels of verbal and numerical reasoning.
- Ability to work effectively in situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong foundation in HR practices, trends and TA Operations
- Effective communicator with strong influencing skills
- Ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Master s degree in human resources preferred
- Prior HR Shared Services experience preferred.
- Prior TA Operations and customer service experience supporting multi-site or remote clients.
- Innovative and creative with the ability to think and act outside the box.
- Self-driven with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English is must.
- Fluency in other relevant regional languages preferred
