Graphics Designer
Job Title: Graphics Designer Location: Mumbai What are we looking for? Proficiency in variety of tools to create visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms depending on the type of content (graphics, videos, animations, etc.). Interest and flair for keeping abreast of the world of technology especially Deep Tech. Hunger to learn, perform & contribute, Smart in approach, great communication skills, doesn’t hesitate to speak up his / her mind, will not be “yes sir”, acts with speed and very quality conscious. Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Ideation: · Brainstorm and develop creative concepts in collaboration with the creative team and other stakeholders. · Translate ideas into visually engaging designs that communicate the desired message. Graphic Design: · Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: · Print and digital advertisements · Social media graphics · Website visuals · Branding materials (logos, business cards, letterheads) · Event materials (banners, posters, brochures) Brand Consistency: · Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design projects. · Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the development and evolution of the brand. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs. Feedback and Revisions: · Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders. · Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements. Industry Trends and Tools: · Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. · Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create high-quality designs. Project Management: · Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. · Communicate project progress and challenges effectively. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. · Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. · Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. · Proficient in graphic design software and tools. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: · Illustration skills. · Motion graphics and video editing capabilities. · Experience with 3D design tools. · Knowledge of web design principles.
