Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing data, managing ad campaigns, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and continuously optimizing campaigns for better performance.

Responsibilities:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple clients simultaneously. Ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in event and pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and last-mile attribution. Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

Client Management: Manage 3-4 clients concurrently, overseeing multiple campaigns for each. Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and campaign performance updates.

Budget Planning and Strategy: Conduct cohort analysis to inform ad budget planning. Develop platform-specific strategies and campaign plans based on client goals. Collaborate with the team to create effective creative strategies.

Qualifications Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders Expertise in market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies Experience in sales and marketing strategy development for effective lead generation and conversion Dedication to customer service and satisfaction to maintain strong and positive relationships with clients Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms for optimal ad campaign management and optimization

Relevant skills and experience in performance marketing, content creation, and SEO are also beneficial for this role.
