Designation : Program Manager Credit Growth
Job Description:
Credit & Financial services are an integral part of Company operations. We help our customers
(kirana store owners) manage their working capital by providing working capital credit from third
party financial partners. We have multiple financial partners (NBFCs/Banks/Fintech platforms)
providing credit to retailers. Company helps facilitate retailer onboarding operations and
collections for these financial partners.
SME financial is a very challenging and interesting space. Indian SMEs are currently facing a
credit gap of around $390 bln. The biggest challenge facing banks and NBFCs in filling this credit gap is a lack of reliable data on which to underwrite credit risk. Company is solving this challenge by using its transaction data excellent operational capabilities and its deep understanding of retailers to create the industrys best credit business with a seamless experience for retailers and bestinclass operating cost and repayment rates.
The role of a Program Manager Credit Growth is critical to enable the next sprint of growth
phase that Company is heading towards. The candidate will be at the forefront of contributing
towards growing the credit business for Company across India.
We are looking for an individual with a strong ownership mindset for our credit team who can help we scale the credit product 10x . This person will be responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders facilitating daily operations making decisions using data and becoming the voice of customers & giving inputs in creating new product enhancements. He/she will be a key person for driving our growth while keeping customer experience for their region at paramount importance.
The role will keep you at the center of problem solving for various parts of the customer journey
and would involve strong stakeholder management across various functions in the organization
like customer growth team in the cities last mile collections & customer support team. The
candidate will be the responsible for the specific metrics across the customer funnel & would be
required to come up with process & product initiatives to improve the same .
Key Responsibilities:
Strong data analysis skills & problem solving skills to unlock next set of growth for credit
business
Identify & analyze customer cohorts across various parts of customer funnel to develop
& prioritize short/long term process initiatives
Build strong partnerships with growth teams to strategise execute & track initiatives
Gather customer insights to work closely on new product initiatives in order to make
credit a seamless payment alternative for the customers
Keep the customer experience at the center of their action & act as PoC to guide the
credit operations team in delivering customer delight

Background and Requirements
Job Requirements:
Basic qualifications:
Graduates with the 2 years experience working in growth functions for a startup
Ability to thrive in uncertainty highly focussed individual with the confidence to
collaborate with teams across functions
Proficient in data analysis using tools like MSExcel Google Sheets
Ability to work independently with a motivation to learn new skills & technologies
Good to have prior experience of working in growth functions at startups
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in financial services and business development/category management
including retail banking or fintech experience
