we are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Content Editor to join our team in the professional training industry. As a Content Editor, you will be reporting to the Content Manager and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our content. Your responsibilities will include editing and proofreading content for clarity, accuracy, and quality, adapting content to various formats, and upholding high standards of grammar and style. Collaboration with Digital Content Creators is essential to support content development and refinement. You will manage content scheduling, implement stakeholder feedback, ensure compliance with standards, and stay informed about industry trends. Your contribution will help drive our content strategy and enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Editing:

- Edits, and proofreads content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.

- Adapts content to different formats and platforms as required.

2. Quality Assurance:

- Upholds high standards for grammar, style, and factual correctness.

- Ensures that content aligns with objectives of the professional training industry and audience needs.

3. Collaboration with Digital Content Creators:

- Works closely with Digital Content Creators to support them in developing and refining content.

- Provides feedback and guidance to improve content quality.

4. Content Scheduling and Publishing:

- Manages content calendar to ensure timely publication of materials.

- Coordinates with the Content Manager for content scheduling and prioritization.

5. Feedback Implementation:

- Incorporates feedback from key stakeholders to improve content.

- Stays attuned to user engagement and satisfaction to inform content revisions.

6. Compliance and Consistency:

- Ensures all content is compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

- Maintains consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.

7. Market Awareness:

- Stays informed about professional training industry trends and audience preferences to inform content development.

- Works with the Content Manager to align content with market demands and trends

Requirements:

Experience

Overall experience of 3-6 years in Content Marketing / Content Development and 2+ years of experience specifically in Content Editing is preferable

Desirable Skills

Strong editing and proofreading skills.

Content adaptation for different formats.

Grammar and style expertise. Collaboration and feedback.

Content scheduling and management.
