Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately and on time.
- Review timesheets and attendance records to ensure accuracy of hours worked.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to payroll processes.
Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data, including earnings, deductions, and taxes with held.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Payroll Reporting:
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management.
Payroll System Management:
- Oversee the payroll system and ensure its accuracy and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processing or the payroll system.
Qualifications:
- MBA In Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
