The ideal candidate should have experience of working in the manufacturing industry , be a good team leader, tech-savvy, and result-oriented. Payroll Management - Oversee team performance and compliance, knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity etc 3. Compensation management 4. Statutory Compliance - Ensure compliance to all employment statutes. Coordinate with all factory HR team for license updations, return submission and addressing any official query from Fire, Labour, Pollution etc statutory bodies. 5.
