We are hiring Technical Senior Sales Officer (Roadmarking Products Sales) in Bangalore for one of my clients!

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages and achieves sales volume, value and growth targets in the assigned territory.
- Mapping and maintaining a database of the territorys road construction companies, government bodies (PWD/PWRD/RCD/Development Authorities/Municipal Corporations/AAI), contractors, and dealers and tracking their existing business and to convert them as our channel partner.
- Keeping updated about new road projects and tenders launched in the assigned territory.
- Establish relationships with influencers (contractors/channel partners, for example) or government officials in order to create sales by referral.
- Establish contacts with reputed contractors and construction companies involved in State and National Highway projects.
- Prepare forecast of future sale for the territory. Require Business Development(BD) activities to maintain the business pipeline for future growth. Provide necessary credentials / testimonials, product datasheets, brochures etc. as and when needed for necessary approval. After-sales service should be provided to customers/end users to their satisfaction within a scheduled time frame.
- Provide functional expertise and mentorship to the Internal Sales Team.
Requirements
Should have 2+ years experience of sales of road marking / industrial coating / epoxy based products / polyurethane products with sound experience of handling clients like road construction companies, government bodies (PWD/PWRD/RCD/Development Authorities/Municipal Corporations/AAI), contractors, and dealers.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc / B.Sc qualified
