Position: Media Planner

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Media Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive media plans aligned with brand objectives, ensuring excellence and cohesiveness.

Craft project-level media plans with a focus on audience-centric strategies, innovation, and strategic partnerships.

Agency Collaboration

Collaborate seamlessly with the media agency, overseeing flawless execution of plans, including schedules, spot drops, conversions, and creative changes.

Lead day-to-day communication with agency partners and external media vendors, ensuring alignment and effective implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams, including creative, data, and competition insights, to gather inputs for informed and strategic media plans.

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to facilitate smooth processes related to Purchase Orders (PO) and invoicing.

Innovative Approach

Develop and implement test-and-learn media plans, using data-driven insights to scale campaigns effectively.

Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the planning cycle.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate seamlessly with various internal teams, fostering effective briefs and ensuring seamless plan implementation.

Cultivate a collaborative work environment, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and strategies.

Qualifications And Skills

• 4 to 8 Years of relevant work experience, With
• Bachelor's degree or post-graduation in Marketing preferred.
• Proven expertise in media planning, particularly in TV, OOH, Radio, and print.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• Experience with media procurement processes and financial coordination is a definite plus.
