Job description

The Team Lead for the support team will fill a critical role for our department. The Team Lead will be a leader and role model for the team. The Team Lead will work hand-in-hand with other leadership in supporting the everyday needs of the team with compassion as well as demonstrating vision for the long term success of the team. They will help team members succeed by listening and providing feedback to them. They will inform other leaders about areas of improvement and about potential roadblocks they see.

What you’ll get to do…

Develop great working relationships with each support team member. Increase the technical knowledge of the team. Drive the team forward by exceeding goals and metrics. Monitor ticket and chat queues to assure that we are getting tickets and chats quickly replied to and resolved. Assist when needed on calls with clients. Review and author documentation as needed. Proactively work with tickets as they age to get them closed. Assist in developing reporting and additional data outputs. Monitor escalation ticket queues. Establish a regular timeline to look at data provider escalation tickets and determine if we need to keep them open. Review tickets and chats to ensure the team is giving world class customer service. Work in the ticket queues as needed.

Compensation The expected earnings for this role could be comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions as applicable

This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
