· Sourcing candidates through various platforms.
· Posting jobs on various platforms for wider reach.
· Screening and Shortlisting resumes for further rounds.
· Co-coordinating with stakeholders for conducting the process of interviews.
· Conducting end-to-end recruitment process.
Skills Required:
· Good Communication Skills
· Knowledge of job portals
· MS Office – Intermediate level proficiency
· Stakeholder Management
· Eye for detail and time management.
· Target-centric approach for closures
