Job Overview:
As an IAM Architect at VE3, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Identity Manager. Your role will include the development, customization, and integration of MIM in large-scale environments to enhance user experience, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Identity Manager Support:
Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Identity Manager according to organizational requirements.
Integrate MIM with Active Directory for seamless user provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization.
Identity Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire identity lifecycle, including user onboarding, offboarding, and account maintenance.
Develop and customize workflows within MIM to automate identity and access management processes.
Solution Design and Integration:
Design effective identity and access solutions based on organizational needs.
Plan and execute integrations of MIM with various systems, applications, and databases.
Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide technical leadership in the implementation of IAM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IAM Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Identity Manager.
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in integrating MIM with other systems and technologies.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Identity Manager and related technologies are preferred.
