Job description
Partner with hiring managers to identify and fulfill current and future staffing requirements across all levels and departments within the organization.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding.
Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to optimize the recruitment process.
Coordinate new employee orientation, onboarding, and maintain a database of job descriptions in collaboration with the HR team.
Oversee the performance of recruitment vendors and ensure compliance with agreed KPIs.
Prepare and distribute regular MIS reports and dashboards for senior management review.
Participate in HR generalist projects and initiatives to support broader organizational goals.
