As an Assistant Recruiter, you will provide valuable support to the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates and assisting in various HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other channels.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates for further consideration.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
