• Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for available positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty members.
• Promote the employer brand and company values on campuses to attract top talents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on campus recruitment activities.
