To undertake marketing & business development activities that will result in brand awareness amongst the relevant target group in the geography & also generate credible leads for our services at homes for the elderly covering Companionship, Assisted Care, and Support on call. Roles & Responsibilities • To familiarize the Nursing homes, Hospitals, Senior Doctors/physicians & select hospital staff of our brand Live With Joy Senior Care with continuous engagement resulting in their referrals; • To activate neighborhood channels such as senior citizen clubs, senior living communities, etc. to create meaningful engagements with them; • To conduct activities/camps for the development of a community of Senior Citizens across Mumbai • To undertake other responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time. To achieve Business targets To follow up on the ongoing services on their continuation of services To meet the list of Consultants (Drs), Nurses & Admins at regular intervals. Communicate about our USP`s & service line To achieve and exceed the designated target/growth for the territory To support day-to-day objectives on existing patient follow-ups & collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer experience To achieve the sales objective and stretch beyond targets by increasing converted leads from identified doctors, nurses & admin through effective implementation of marketing activities. Remuneration Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate. Emoluments will be commensurate with targets. Deserving candidates performing excellently well will be eligible for ESOP’s on successful completion of one year in service. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Management or related fields. An exposure to Psychology Education will be an added advantage. Require a minimum of 2 years experience in the Healthcare Industry handling a Business/Operations profile.Job tags
